Julia von Winterfeldt spent two decades building businesses and leading digital transformation, including as Managing Director of AKQA Germany. She founded SOULWORX in 2015. Today, she combines that leadership experience with systemic practice and human development. She works with people and organisations where change raises questions of identity, responsibility and collaboration, bringing in trusted specialists from the SOULWORX Collective when needed.
